Hi, Nadine, just love those pictures of your Knitting Companion. First off, my very best wishes for a happy (and healthy!) 2012, to you and your darling companion. I know what you mean about wanting to knit with the new yarn you just got. I did the same thing with yarn I got at a LYS in Chateauguay, a mix of wool and mohair. I just had to start knitting something with it, a shrug for my grand-daughter, and let all my other unfinished projects wait a bit longer. Enjoy your knitting!
