Hello, 
here's a little view from home.

winter

hello from Montreal,
in the Wintertime. We hardly had
any snow at all during the month of February.

The good part of that is that the Knitting Companion enjoyed
some time on the balcony.
Not too hot for him, the way it is in the summertime.
It has been cold, but he can enjoy short visits on the balcony,
as the snow melted away from the door.

Here are a few of the paintings that
went into my recent book
for the Sketchbook Project, 2012

The first two paintings are made on
rice paper.
The third, on watercolour paper.
The exhibiting tour for this project starts
next month, in Brooklyn, New York.

The art house Co op
is hosting a new sketchbook project
that will tour next year.

My book for that project just arrived
in the mail this week.
I haven't touched it yet, because
i'm finishing off my
Fiction Project that has to be sent
in very soon.
