Cheese pie



this amazing delicacy has
a few fancy names.
All of which escape me
right now.
Let's just call it Cheese Pie.

I didn't make it, but i can
tell you it's famous for
being very tricky to make.
inside the thin layers of
pastry, there is a "dry"
white cottage cheese.
Eggs, too, i'm sure.
i was intent on getting
to eat it and didn't ask too
many questions. Hats off
to the chef.
