the travel day photos

Finally the blog
is in the mood for some posting ...
it's even accepting photos this morning.
(and about high time, too).

So, everyone wonders about what to
take on the plane. Just how
much can you fit into your handbag ...
and who can have idle hands for those
hours of waiting & flying?

So last thursday saw me
packed off to
Montreal's Trudeau International Airport.

at hand, i had
an assortment of coloured pencils,
a marker or two, and my
tiny Moleskine Notebook.







Of course there was some knitting.
A sock in progress, and the appropriate tools.
I must confess that i started this sock
specifically for the trip. I needed something
very small, and with a "fresh" sock
there was (hopefully) no danger of having to
turn a heel that first morning at the airport.
