phew.
There is no Photographic
evidence to back this up. You'll
just have to take my word for it ...
The Knitting Companion and i had
a very big road trip over the weekend.
We visited family in Ontario.
610 km's away, we were welcomed
into the arms of kinsfolk. Complete
with a freshly baked Banana cake.
i even got to meet Julie, of the amazing
Needle Emporium in Ancaster, Ontario.
I've never met Julie
"live & in person" before, but i've spoken
with her many times over the phone: And
she's terrific.
Her yarn shop is a mecca. If you ever get
a chance, go & see for yourself.
Sorry Julie, that i interrupted your quiet
time.
The Knitting Companion celebrated his
birthday with all of his human relatives.
He was well behaved
and well loved.
610 km for the road back,
many pit stops later, the Knitting Companion
and i are back at home. Tired
out and happy to be home.

Nadine-not a problem. I would have been upset to hear you were in the store and I didn't get to meet you. Glad you had a safe trip home.
