apparently time marches on

So I've managed to develop a nasty eye infection.
(don't worry, I am staying home & not spreading germs).
It seems that time indeed,
does march on, even though you are
spending all your time asleep.
Calendar pages did not turn themselves
today. However, it has become June
in spite of my interpretation of Rip van winkle.
The Knitting Companion was a very
good sport today ~ and slept close by.
