botanical update
my purple african violet has been
blooming for months. it's glorious. 
i brought home a pot of Paperwhites.
they've just started to open.
In the background, you can see that we still
have a good amount of snow here
in the city.

aren't plants such soothing things, I find that they keep you happy in some odd way, especially flowers in bloom...
