Rediscovered

This week, while ensuring that there were no
more skeins of Deadly-dangerous (to me)
alpaca lurking in my wool stash,
i came across this beautiful wool slub:

Wow.
it's 100% wool,
and soft as angel's wings.

not sure what i'm going to use it for yet.
frankly, it's so nice to look at it in its guise a
a wooly fluffy clouds.
But if you have any ideas, i would love to hear from you.

Hi Nadine

I find yarn that is both thck and thin the way yours is is great for the kind of crochet stitch where you wrap it 7 times around the hook and then take them off two at a time. You know what I mean? If results in a long wrapped piece of yarn and you can really see the nice variation. I made a hat like this recently by alternating these 7 wrap stitches with double crochet. Makes a nice loopy fabric.
