Good all around
Last night, i got back to knitting my
Mountain Colour Bearfoot sock.
i'd stopped for a while, because this latest skein is much thinner than
previously purchased lofty soft wool. It is really a
sock weight. It's still wonderful of course, but i prefer
working with thicker wool.
My hands get very sore quickly if i
knit with thin wool and small needles.
So my treasured wool (was a Christmas gift)
is being knit very slowly. Here's where sock
number one stands so far:
Now, while this wool & mohair blend
was being knit up, there
was a good deal of action in the kitchen.
Sticky Action.
My guy was making marmelade. You can see the action right here.
Wow.
and yes, my job was to stay out of the way
and not offer advice.
