He is an excellent
ambassador of joy and cheer.
He makes
me incredibly happy.

it's been a busy week
of assorted
appointments
and meetings.

i'm dying to get back
to rue st-denis . . .
in the meantime, i had
a very good day wearing
the very shiny, happy
orange shoes.
It does seem that they are
not the shoes you want
to wear if you want to go
un.... noticed.

and - as a happy coincidence,
the shoes
match perfectly with my retro orange,
spring time coat.

i recently purchased
this fun and fabulous cookbook
by Nigella Lawson.
it's so much fun to read,
and to be honest, i'm looking forward
to making many of these recipes.
I've never actually said that before.
my blue dishes are all ready
to share in the fun.
