The Knitting Companion really enjoys soft toys.
He received a lovely white Reindeer
this month from my mom.
(yes, she is fondly referred to
as the Knitting Companion's
Grandmother.)
Here, you can see a bit of fun with a new
reindeer. That is, while it was still
clean and white.

here are two tiny hats.
Must get them packed up for the mail.
there are two hats in the photo - don't
be distracted by the large
bottle of alcohol. The second hat
is in the orchid.
we'll talk about the Hat Model later on.
i found a nice jade tree, of sorts,
this week.
for now, it's sitting next to an orchid.
You just never know what you'll
find at the grocery store.
Well, my little hats for
"The Big Knit" are knit and sewn up.
it's time to show them before they go out
in the post.
I tried to find an appropriate model
to show them off, so they wouldn't look
like little knit-up blobs. I don't have
an "Innocent" Drink here,
so i've been improvising.
So far, i can show you what
did not work out as a hat model....
may i present to you,

as you can see by the bottle,
it calls itself
La vie parisienne en bouteille.
Last i heard,
my friend Gabby had not yet
tried this lovely drink.
I hope this helps her out.
the only thing is, the bottle doesn't
make a good Hat Model.
