a very fun surprise

Recently, i received a wonderful surprise
in the mail ....
an especially great surprise.
Something fun,
cute, useful to the hilt
and not even fattening.

not lost ... just ...

oh good.

look what i found this week.
I'd put this aside a while ago.
and never saw it again until this week.
what a Great find. a Gigantic skein of
Opal Sock yarn.

over the weekend.

Now i'm living now with DOZENS
of cookies and i must admit
that cookies & willpower don't usually
come in the same breath with me.
Unless of course, you're saying something
along the lines of ....
" i don't have any willpower when
it comes to cookies."

At this rate,
i'm not going to fit into any
of my clothes.
I'll either be wearing bath towels
or off to go shopping for bulgey-clothes.

i've started something new,
but i'm not sure where it's going.

but i think it would be a great tower
to climb. and maybe while you're
up there, you could throw paper airplanes.
oh, yes, that would be fun.
and you could sing.
Loudly, of course.

Maybe dance a bit too.

But really, i don't know what this tower
is. It probably was a water tower at some time.
or maybe it's their still.
Could be. Who's to say?
