There are far too many
wonderful things that
i love about living in
montreal to make
it easy to leave.
I honestly never thought
i'd be leaving my city or
my country.
The next couple
of weeks will be filled
with so many phone calls, arrangements
and packing boxes.
Really? i'd rather be knitting.
You may or may not recall
that my own knit up of
the Einstein coat by Sally Melville
started taking shape last winter.
However, there were
distractions and then the weather
got warmer and ... well, i never did finish my Einstein coat.
It's not forgotten .... and now i have a Whole New Life
Changing Event
(driving across the continent
and moving to new country)
happening. Needless to say the next few months
will be busy.
For one thing, i need to
find a place to live.
but then: i'd really like to work on Einstein.
It's going to be so lovely & Soft. Mmmmm.
the tree behind our garden
has given a wonderful show of colour this month.
Oh ! i'm moving to a place where they say "color".
The Knitting Companion
and i have started our goodbyes to Montreal.
A month from now we'll be three time zones
to the west, in San Francisco.
the Knitting Companion and i have been very busy the past week.
And our days will get
even busier.
It seems that we're going to be moving house soon.
I'd better get out and buy a fresh bag of Dog Food.
