the scenery will change quickly
we had over 20 cm of heavy snow on Monday.
nasty cold days with bitter winds monday & tuesday.
Wednesday, the sun
came out... and here we are
friday: the sun is shining & almost all
the snow has melted. Almost, not all.
there are some very brave, tiny crocus in our garden.
they shot out from underneath this week's snow.
In the next few weeks, our scenery will
change rapidly. A month from now things will
be green, shiny & we'll have "lots" of flowers.
For now,
we'll make due with the
miniature crocus outside,
and the houseplants.

Quite an Accomplishment
The Knitting Companion
went to the doctor today. That was
very stressful for him. (and myself)
He's now been poked, and prodded
and sent home with medicine.
His good news is that
he'll be eating a meal every two hours
for the next few days.
Lucky Boy.
thank you to everyone for their
good wishes for my
curly little Companion.
He's having a much deserved
nap right now.
*oh* there's a surprise,
photos have turned up in yesterday's post.
How interesting.

arrrrgh
and it has been forever
since i've posted
& tonight the blog
just isn't in the mood for
accepting photos.
How postively stinky.
Buzz buzz
it's been a busy & full
time here
at the home of Knitting Companion.
buzzing with
work and visitors
(and more work)
And Yet MORE Snow;
and then the Companion
came down with a virus.
Slowly,
he's on the road to recovery.
At
least i Hope he is.
I'm not quite certain yet.
and being
worried about the fuzzy Companion
is a very stressful & tiring occupation.
There hasn't even
been any knitting
going on in the past Many Days.
None at all.
