Early on Saturday
I spent all of thursday &
friday at a conference.
It was wonderful
& my head is full, with lots of information
to process.
this morning, I'm heading off to the Musée
to see the new exhibitions.

Montreal artist and a very big, black poodle. He loves fibres; the arts; so do i. His favourite fibre for knitting is mohair.

The Knitting Companion
and i have returned from Quebec.
Many times he enjoyed exploring the
Plaines of Abraham/parc de champs-de-Bataille
and had a marvellous, wonderful time.
The city had just received 35 cm of fresh snow
the day before our arrival. My teaching
gig went well. The city was wonderful
and as always, gorgeous.
Now it's time to unpack.
And start Laundry.
But first i'm going to sample a bit
more of that marmelade.
The Knitting Companion
is rather tired today.
I don't think i'll be seeing much of him.
we have a lot more snow.
and it's been a good time here, playing
with the New Fuzzy Toy. Very exciting in fact.
There has also been Marmelade creation.
I've tasted it
and it was a highly successful endeavour.
and today,
the Knitting Companion and i
are travelling to the Ville de Quebec
where I will be teaching for a few days.
He's never been
to the province's capital so he
has a lot to learn and take in.
