hat (that appeared in the blog this week)
is being made with "chai Silk", which is
a goldenTussah silk. i am using 4.mm
bamboo needles for the hat.
The silk is so lovely to knit with.
it comes from Artfibers in the USA. (i always
want to write "fibres", as the US.
spells it differently).

Hi Both my DH and my Chai have arrived safely home :) The purples are just gorgeous colours..... must decide what to make! He also came back with the Runway Knits book :) Look forward to seeing the hat finished. Helen
