Happy friday.
Lots of jobs this week. another
busy week flying by.
i made a posting yesterday
here on the blog, but
for the life of me, it seems to have
vanished.
the Knitting Companion
has had some really nice social visits
with his friends.
We've had phone calls
and visits from long-ago friends.
it's remarkable thought, that it's
all happened in the past week.

in a short while, the out of focus, waving
flower stems you see, will bear
lovely yellow flowers.
In the meantime, they are getting very
high and enjoy waving about.
For now, the K-P has these lovely
day lilies to enjoy, as well as some potted flowers
that you can see, below.
Oh, there goes the
Knitting Companion now.

i've sent off my work for the
"Crafting Contemporary Art" exhibition.
join me in a big, happy sigh of relief.
i looked at Julie's blog
tonight - go and have a look.
She's just received an order of the cutest
bags.
And - look at that ! needle case binders.
wow. i've never even
seen one before. mmmmm.
they look delicious.
The Knitting Companion
slept just outside my atelier/studio
room while i worked yesterday.
this is how he looked.
I am pleased with the work
that i accomplished.
now my fingers are sore. Time for a break.
and maybe some lemonade.
I think we'll go for a walk before anyone
here has their supper. I'd like sushi.
the knitting companion would probably
like steak.
We'll both just dream about it.
